Post any player who you think could be the future of the Irish NT. Post stats and information regarding what you're training and what position you'd like to train them for! The staff will be happy to give any advice or aid any concerns you may have.

For kell: Are you making Marc Coe an 18strength 18tackling player? If so could you train him to one of these specifications? They'll require you to train him until he's 25 as minimum (preferably until you can train him no longer)
Scrum Half: 18 strength 18 tackling 10+ passing
Fly Half: 18 strength 18 tackling 8+ passing & handling

Hey ephixe,
Do you mean he has 18 tackling and strength? Also 119 kg is max weight for a 189 cm player.
If he is at 18 in both strength and tackling you should probably train speed to at least 8 or 9. Then you can train passing/handling. Of course the NT managers may have more specific needs.
Good Luck

Good to see people training for Ireland's NT. How many 9's do we need

Well currently we have 0, so having any 9 is an improvement We're desperate for one, especially after England's 9 destroyed us!

Simsons could probably be as good as Greenwood at that age if he kept training. Are there at least 7 people training backs for Ireland?

There are enough training, but most won't be ready for the next world cup, however they may be ready for the one after.

I'm training Lucas Sydrych to become a future 9. He is specialized in speed. He still needs to improve in passing. I do my best for Ireland NT

10-12 passing would be nice, if you can concentrate on that and then get his speed and tackling to 18 each he'll be a great player!

Got two players, one already in the extended panel:
Finlay Chapel Age 22 200 cms 123.75 kg 12 stam 12 str 12 tack 11 speed 8 pass 8 hand Currently individual training speed to 12 then strength and tackling up to max. Also part of team training for handling.
Christopher Stevens Age 17 189 cms 91.50 kg (+ nutrition) 1 stam 5 str 4 tack 5 spe 4 pass 4 hand Individual training in passing and strength. Team training in handling.
Any changes you'd recommend/request?

Chappel's secondaries are good enough that you should just focus on strength and speed now! Aim at getting them both to 15 and then we'll go from there! (If you can get them both to 16/17 each then that would be great and then maybe look at tackling). He'll more than likely look to play either second row or number 8 eventually, however it's more than likely he'll break into the team in the backs. Getting his strength and speed up to the same level each would give us something different.
With Stevens max weight would be nice if he's going to be a forward. However it's up to you, we've got quite a few forwards coming through, so if you could train his speed up to near max along with tackling to make him a back then that would be good, however if you want to make him a forward then tell me and I can give you an idea of how he should be trained (also if you look at training requirements page, that may help).
