Ireal training requirements for Irish players to make the national team:ForwardsFront Row:110+ Weight AND18 strength 16+ tackling 11+ speed 2nd Row:200+ Height 110+ Weight AND18 strength 5 or less tackling 12+ speed 12+ handling OR18 strength 14+ tackling 10+ speed Flanker:18 strength 18 tackling 8+ speed Number 8:18 speed 16+ tackling 10+ strength OR18 strength 15+ tackling 8+ speed 8+ passing & handling Preferably all forwards should have at least 80+ rucking with preferably high tackling as well! 18-18s with high rucking are all very welcome! Basically with the game it is now rucking is king! So get all forwards to 80+ rucking and we'll compete with the better nations! BacksScrum Half:18 strength/speed 18 tackling 10+ passing Fly Half:18 strength/speed 18 tackling 8+ passing & handling Kicking Winger:18 strength/speed 18 kicking 6+ passing 8+ handling Winger:18 strength/speed 14+ tackling 12+ handling Centre:18 strength/speed 16+ tackling 8+ passing & handling Full Back:18 speed 17+ tackling 7+ passing & handling Backs with high tackling and good passing and handling is what is required! The rucking doesn't matter too much but it wouldn't hurt as backs are involved in the odd ruck as well as loose balls! But if they have good passing and handling and tackling it'll mean they compete with the better back lines! Hope this helps and that you can all train great players for the Irish NT and have Ireland competing with the best in RM!

When you say 18+ strength/speed I assume you mean a sum of 18 or more in strength + speed?
